5 minsWe start at a popular local eatery where guests can sit down and get a drink if early. After introductions we start walking.
2Shop spices & walk historic roads
50 minsWe visit the country's oldest spice shop, where we show guests how to mix Masala, followed by a visit to some of South Africa's oldest cultural sites.
3Cape Malay cooking class with a local cook
90 minsWe stop at one of Bo-Kaap's expert cooks to learn how to make five unique and popular Cape Malay dishes, with useful tips on cooking from scratch.
4Enjoy a traditional Cape Malay lunch
